Successful IT and security leaders in the new world focus on the people, but why didn't they always? Leaders have to become the trusted advisor to the wider executive. It's important for IT and security executives to be associated with transformation and collaboration as much as they are with the tin, the wires and the power point projector.
In this session we'll look at:
9:45 am - 10:15 am
Zero Trust is revolutionizing network security architecture: it is data-centric and designed to stop data breaches. Zero Trust also adds a layer of agility to modern networks that is impossible to do in traditional network designs. These 21st century networks have been adopted by government entities and large enterprises around the world. In this session, we will discuss why Zero Trust is the world's only true cybersecurity strategy and how a Zero Trust Strategy can help you achieve your tactical and operational goals. This session will also demonstrate how Zero Trust will not only transform network security but function as a business enabler, by focusing on the businesses grand strategic objectives.

Organisations are in the pursuit of success.
However, success is far from guaranteed. For a business to drive future growth sustainably, they will need to increase top-line and bottom-line, which is impossible to achieve without an effective automation and transformation strategy in today's digitally accelerated world.
The popular assumption is, if people, process, and technology work as planned, the company's strategic goals will be met. But how do you translate an automation and transformation strategy into a reality? What if businesses realise it's much harder to implement than expected?
11:00 am - 11:25 am
In the digital age, technology teams are only as successful as their skills are relevant. Companies are under pressure to become more agile, protect against rising security threats, and continuously deliver innovations to the market. This begs the question - how do you keep up with the constant pace of change in technology?
Join this session to hear how leaders must see technology skills as a strategic and essential part of successful digital transformation, as well as how they can gain the clarity they need to lead, and the skills they need to move faster.
Join this session to learn how to leverage Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to automatically discover and classify sensitive data. By more clearly understanding the value of data you can better prioritize ransomware recovery operations, see how anomaly detection helps you understand the full impact of ransomware in your environment and how you can use our platform to quickly, and surgically recover.

There are over 20 million developers working for Enterprise organizations across the globe. The universal desire for faster innovation and Digital Transformation has led to DevOps empowered developers demanding efficient reuse of code, which in turn has led to a growing dependence on open source and third-party software libraries. This velocity means applications are developed faster but it also introduces new security risks.
Join us as we discuss how the modern software supply chain and the drive for digital innovation is putting organizations at risk. And whether it is time to empower every developer to be a DevSecOps expert?

Opportunities for use of AI appear to be limitless. The claims go from a promise that automated security protection will make the job of security professionals much easier up to the extreme that the (artificially) intelligent systems can entirely replace humans. But what realistically can we expect from AI? The answer to this question is especially important in the context of cybersecurity. Overestimating capabilities of the AI enabled cybersecurity systems could provide a false sense of security. Underestimating the value of the AI systems, on the other hand, would leave us with inefficient cybersecurity protection. In both cases our systems would be vulnerable to the attacks of those that use sophisticated AI techniques and tools.
2:30 pm - 2:55 pm
Our community has a strong belief that talent is the main ingredient to help an organization pivot quickly in today's environment, and ultimately ensure a successful digital transformation.
